The school bus is a customized and developed product solution developed by Foton Ouhui based on the scenario of students going to school, and is the first in China to provide a comprehensive education bus. In August 2023, the first batch of 100 pure electric vehicles, including 8.5-meter 25 seat BJ6851 and 12-meter 41 seat BJ6127, were successfully delivered to Beijing Public Transport. In early September, the Foton Ouhui School Bus was officially put into operation.
To create a more comfortable learning environment, the new school bus adopts a low entrance/two-stage step body structure, further reducing the number of steps and making boarding and alighting more convenient; Raise the seat height to 43 centimeters and increase the storage space for the backpack under the seat; Adopting a new type of sealed seat belt buckle, reducing the release force of the buckle appropriately, and solving the problems of easy finger jamming and difficult release of seat belts for lower grade students; The interior armrest soft package is made of environmentally friendly silicone material, which provides more grip and comfort for children; The vehicle is equipped with a new body lifting and tilting system, and can be equipped with disabled pedals and wheelchair areas, fully considering the travel needs of special children such as those in wheelchairs.
